We all live busy lives, and it can be hard to find time to put aside for yourself to work out. Traveling, especially, is a period where many people struggle to maintain workout plans. This blog post focuses on how to maintain your fitness goals, even if you are away from home.

  • Pick a hotel with a gym. It's a lot easier to work out if you know you don't have to scour the city for a gym or class to take, because there's a gym attached to where you're staying.
  • Pack your running shoes. If you're going to be doing a lot of walking around the city you're traveling in, this tip is extra important! You can't be expected to work out if you don't have the right gear... so make sure you don't forget your shoes at home!

  • Keep motivated by using a fitness tracker. MyFitnessPal is a great one for many people, but it's important that you find a tracker that is easy for you to use, and that you won't get tired of.
  • Don't go more than 2 days without working out.
