Bikram Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Power Yoga
Power Yoga seeks to give you an intense workout while still giving you the benefits of yoga. It often combines workout moves with yoga moves, giving this style of yoga a cardio twist that will have you sweating. Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on gentle, relaxing, healing yoga poses that do what it's name suggests... restores your body. Unlike the other forms of yoga listed above, this type of yoga usually only consists of four or five different poses, held for up to five minutes or longer! This is a great type of yoga for those who are looking to relax, or just feel good.
