International Orders Policy
Leaner Creamer is not responsible for any customs fees that may apply to your shipment. We can't tell in advance how much they will be. If in doubt, check with your local post office.
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons, strictly we cannot re-ship an order, but we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling, storage and quarantine fees).
- * Undeliverable address
- * No one available to accept the delivery
- * Order refused by the customer
- * Refusal to pay customs fees
- * Refused by Customs
If the cost to return the items exceeds the cost of the products then Leaner Creamer will not pay for the return package and no refund will be available.
If your order or certain products are confiscated by customs due to the items being restricted then no refund will be available.
Delays or lost in transit are out of our control and we cannot re-issue any order or refund. Most delays with international shipments occur in the local customs office and/or local post office of the destination country.If you feel your package is late, first check with your local post office and customs office.
Some carriers and ship methods offer door to door tracking & insurance and some do not. Please read the ship method description carefully during checkout.
If we determine a higher cost of shipping for your order than usual, we have the right to cancel the order and refund you the full amount.
Please note, all international orders are not eligible for Subscribe and Save and /or for Free Shipping on purchases above $50. Further, the amount we are charging for shipping is the nearest estimated amount to pay just in shipping your order which is weight-based.
In placing an international order, we recommend you to put a phone number for contact purposes (which will be used by local post office). We also suggest you keep track of its whereabouts once you have been sent with a tracking information.
