After successful placement of order you will receive an order confirmation via email that will serve as your receipt or proof of purchase. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:
Check the spam folder of your email account
Check your Paypal transaction history (if you used Paypal)
Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history -
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.
Please note: it may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect on USPS sites.

The Leaner Creamer Subscribe & Save program lets you create your subscriptions by selecting the quantity and delivery schedule that best fits your needs. Standard packaging, the creamers will be in pouches but maybe in bottles depending on availability. As our subscription does not have a lock in period, we believe, packaging should not be an issue as we've already passed on much savings for giving a free shipping and a discounted offer than one time purchases!

PLEASE NOTE: As we want to make sure your orders arrive on time, we may bill you up to a week before the order ships. We will also bill the card that we have on file. You can cancel or make changes to your recurring order at any time online. However, because we start preparing your order in advance you need to give us a bit of notice. Your cut-off time for making any changes will be the same each time. To Skip or Cancel a recurring order (order that is about to be charged), you must login to your account or contact us 5 days before the date your order is to be processed (as scheduled). Canceling your subscription only stops the auto-shipment for future delivery but never cancels the order that has already been processed. As long as you cancel before your cut-off time, no more orders will be processed or sent. As we are offering you the benefit of free shipping with our Subscribe & Save, strictly no refunds or returns will be accepted after said cut-off date.

Yes! Once you spend $50 or more you qualify for free shipping. You can also get free shipping if you order through subscription.
Please note: An automated system is set up to offer free shipping for a certain total minimum of $50 and above after a discount code is entered or not. This means as long as the total is still over $50 after a discount code is used, free shipping will still be applied. We fulfill orders in 3-15 working days in ordinary working time as we'll deal with the orders in time sequence. While orders placed during or following after STORE WIDE SALES, HOLIDAYS, and BACK ORDERED , the status will stay "unfulfilled"for as long as 15-30 working days.

When we complete dealing with your order and send you shipping information, the status changed to "fulfilled". Please note, this doesn't mean your order can be shipped immediately. It just mean that we already packed it and is ready for shipment/ pick up by the USPS. Often times, the tracking information will show Pre-Shipment and that would usually change in 1-2 days.

If it lapses, we can still cancel an order as long as it has not shipped yet if it has been shipped, there's nothing we can do anymore. You may still return the order for a refund or simply refuse the shipment.
We really can not determine whether an order will be shipped immediately or not as our turnaround time is 2-7 business days; however, once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel an order.We are not currently accepting returns and have modified our policy to simplify the process for customers under the current circumstances. It is a powder safe to store at room temperature, no need to refrigerate!- with a shelf life of 12 months, so there is a much lower likelihood of waste compared to perishable dairy based creamers, which will save money in the long run. The expiration date is located at the underneath the bottle/ pouch.

We do not claim that Leaner Creamer is dairy free. We state that it is non-dairy. Which, by the FDA laws means it can contain milk derivatives. We never claim our product is something it is not and state clearly in our FAQ We advertise Leaner Creamer as non-dairy but not dairy-free. There is a trace amount of milk derivative in the creamer (i.e. less than .05%). Leaner Creamer is Lactose-Free, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Cholesterol-Free with NO Trans-Fats, Hydrogenated Soybean Oils, High Fructose Corn Syrup, and Artificial Colors/Flavors.
This product is for those who have lactose and dairy intolerances- Not for customers who have actual dairy-allergies. Our goal is simply to steer customers away from the hydrogenated/trans fat filled creamers that are on the market that millions of people ingest every day and replacing it with a healthier, coconut based alternative instead. -
A cup of coffee may have 1 to 3 tsp of our creamer, depending on your taste requirement. More likely, 1 bottle will last for one month or more if you are to drink once on a daily basis.
