Return Policy

It has been the goal of Leaner Creamer to change the way people are enjoying their coffee - to give you a creamer that helps achieve your health and fitness goals.

We want you to love your purchase. But, if you are not satisfied we have options to assist you based on your situation;

  • First time customer, or First time to buy/try a specific product that was absolutely different from your previous purchases. We want no hassle for you! If you aren't satisfied, you are not required to return your order to us but you can request a refund within 10 business days from the date the order was delivered to you based on USPS tracking. If you have contacted us beyond this period, we are unable to consider your refund request as Valid.

All refunds will be deducted with a $5-$10 refund processing fee or a maximum of 50% of total amount purchase whichever is higher plus the shipping cost. Orders that qualified for free shipping will be applied a $5.95 - $11.60 whichever is applicable based on shipping costs.

* All purchases made during Black Friday and Cyber Monday are final and cannot be returned, or exchanged

For first time subscribers, a standard $6.50 refund processing fee or maximum 50% of total amount purchase will be applied (no shipping cost to be deducted).

  • Repeat customer, or just like to return the product for whatever reason. We gladly accept a return as long as the bottle/pouch is unopened. Please note all return requests are only accepted within 10 days you received your order based on USPS tracking. The return item must be in its original condition, is not damaged/opened otherwise, we will not refund it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original or Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Repeat subscribers who changed their minds.  As we are offering you the benefit of free shipping with our Subscribe & Save, STRICTLY no refunds or returns will be applied after cancellation time frame or cut-off date. Please refer to this link: Cancel Auto-Order
  • For Apparels, if it's not fit, incorrect size and it's not what you thought, you can return it but we can't exchange due to limited supply. The return item must be in its original condition, is not used/worn out otherwise, we will not accept it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is our error for sending you a different size or item (to which we will send you a return label). Original or Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.Send the items back to us within 10 days from the date you receive your order and you will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error that we sent you the incorrect size/item). 
  • For mugs, return or exchange is strictly not allowed for whatever reason.But if you are not satisfied,please reach out to our customer service team.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products and health considerations, we can't accept exchanges, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Leaner Creamer has the right to update policy set herein at any time without prior knowledge of customers. Each customer is expected that he/her has read and understood our stated policy after successfully placing an order.
