Healthy Coconut Sugar Cookie Recipe

This insanely easy recipe doubles as being insanely delicious. It is paleo, gluten free, eggless, butter free, and oil free... aka, these foolproof cookies will be a hit no matter what your dietary needs! Check out the recipe right here and, oh... and you can thank us later ;)
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 6 tbsp Leaner Creamer Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Mocha Leaner Creamer
- 1/2 cup gluten-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.

Combine almond butter, applesauce, coconut sugar, creamer, baking soda, and vanilla extract into a bowl. Mix well.

Add chocolate chips and combine fully.

Scoop cookies out into tablespoon sized balls, roll, and place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.
