Leaner Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup Leaner Sweetener Coconut Sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup flour
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• 1 tablespoon Original Leaner Creamer
• ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, mix all your dry ingredients (Leaner Sweetener coconut sugar, flour, Leaner Creamer Original, and sea salt) together until fully combined.

2. Stir in your vanilla extract and butter until fully combined.

3. Stir in chocolate chips. 

4. Bake for 12 minutes. Keep leftover dough in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
