Trail mix is the perfect food for busybodies. It's bite-sized, not messy, travels well, and in many cases can be a healthy snack food for your diet. Unfortunately, many trail mixes on the market today have tons of added sugar, unnecessary calories, candy, etc. However, if you choose to make trial mix yourself, you have total control over the ingredients that go into it, providing yourself with some tasty fuel to power you through your next hike, busy school day, or trip to the airport! This granola tastes especially delicious on top of yogurt!
Recipe
1 cup brazil nuts
1 cup almonds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup goji berries
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup toasted coconut flakes
¼ tsp Mocha Leaner Creamer
salt, to taste
Instructions
Empty ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir. Store in an airtight container.
