Clean, Mean, Protein Crepes Recipe

Here at Leaner Creamer, we like to think of protein as one of the main food groups. So, having a tasty, delicious, healthy, and EASY way to consume it is always good in our books. These protein crepes have literally 3 ingredients, and are so easy to make and customize! Check out the recipe right here!

 

Ingredients

1. 1/2 cup egg whites

2. 1 Tablespoon Original Leaner Creamer

3. 1 scoop of Protein powder

 

Instructions

1. Put a nonstick pan over medium heat.

2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until protein powder and Leaner Creamer are fully dissolved.

3. Pour batter into pan and spread until it thinly covers the bottom of your pan.

4. When it begins to brown, flip the crepe to the other side to cook.

5. Plate, and top with anything you desire. We suggest bananas and strawberries with honey. Delicious!
