Victoria's Secret Legs and Abs Workout

Summer is fast approaching, and I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t mind turning a few heads while I’m heading to the beach for vacation. And if there’s anyone I trust to know a thing or two about looking good and working out hard, it’s the models of Victoria’s Secret.
This workout is used at Dog Pound, the Manhattan gym that Victoria’s Secret models Romee Strijd, Constance Jablonski, Josephine Skriver, and Jasmine Tookes frequent. Try integrating this workout with your normal workout routine, doing this about twice a week while alternating between arm, chest, and back exercises during the rest of the week. Don’t be surprised if you get ambushed by the paparazzi after a few sessions of this booty busting workout-- You’ll look like you walked off the runway in no time!
Jump Squats - 3 sets of 15
Ski Jumps - 3 sets of 15 each leg
Lunge Kicks – 3 sets of 15 each leg
Sit Ups – 3 sets of 25
Lying Leg Raises - 3 sets of 13
Lateral Band Walks – 3 sets of 20 steps to the right & 20 steps to the left
Bosu Ball Squats – 3 sets of 12
Donkey Kicks - 3 sets 12
Fire Hydrants – 3 sets of 12
