Sugar-Free Brownies
Trying to be healthy throughout the day is hard enough, but when those late-night cravings for something decadent and sweet hit, it feels as if you’re walking through a vat of syrup trying to get through the night. An easy way to not sway towards these high-calorie junk foods is to curb your cravings with a sugar-free dessert! Sugar is the epitome of a wolf in sheep’s clothing; it looks harmless enough on its own and makes you jump for joy whenever you see a rich and gooey dark chocolate brownie or smell fresh cookies in the oven, but there are many of dangers hiding in the granules of sugar. For instance, sugar has been linked to causing obesity, tooth decay, type II diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and high blood pressure. All in all, sugar is not only a catalyst for weight gain but also a detrimental factor in your body’s overall health. Thus, cutting out the sugar in these treats that we all indulge in from time to time is a simple way to make your body healthier and happier.
Here is an easy sugar-free brownie recipe that’ll make you the star of the party!

Ingredients
- ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa
- ¾ stick of butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup of Mocha Leaner Creamer
- ¼ cup of All-Purpose Flour.
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Leaner Creamer
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of sugar-free chocolate chips (to make it chocolatey heaven!)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Prep a 9 x 12 square pan for your brownie batter (spray and line it)
- Melt your ¾ stick of butter in a small saucepan, once it is completely melted add your unsweetened cocoa to the pan. Mix these two ingredients together until combined well. Then take it off the heat.
- In a large bowl, combine your ¼ all-purpose flour, 1 cup of Mocha Leaner Creamer, and ¼ teaspoon of salt and mix well!
- Back to your butter and cocoa mixture! Once the combination has cooled down a bit, pour it into a medium-sized bowl. Then, add your 2 eggs (one at a time) and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
- Once that is properly combined, take the bowl of dry ingredients and slowly add that into the wet mixture.
- Now that the wet and dry ingredients are combined, add the ½ sugar-free chocolate chips (if you want it to have a richer chocolate taste because there’s no such thing as too much chocolate!) and fold them into the batter.
- Once everything is combined well, spread it evenly into your prepped 9 x 12 square pan and pop them into the oven for 25 minutes.
- Once they are done cooking, let them cool for about 5 minutes before you can properly enjoy your chocolate heaven brownies. Nothing like a burnt mouth to ruin your eating experience, so be patient!
