Pumpkin Pie has always been a seasonal favorite and still is! It is one of those dishes that gets pass down generation-by-generation, with each family adding their own spin to it for those on Thanksgiving Day to enjoy. Wanting to be a part of that tradition, this recipe has our LC spin to it for you all to enjoy!! Here’s the recipe:
Prep Time 10mins Cooking Time 50mins Makes one 9in. pie
● 2 eggs
● 1 (9in.) unbaked pie crust
● 2 teaspoons Leaner Creamer Pumpkin Spice Creamer
● 1 (16oz.) can pumpkin puree
● 1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2 Combine eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and LC Pumpkin Spice Creamer in a large bowl and mix until combined.
3 Fit pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and pour the mixture into the crust.
4 Place pie on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake until filling is set; 35-40 minutes.
