Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino

- 2 trays of strong black coffee ice cubes
- 2-3 teaspoons Peppermint Mocha Leaner Creamer
- 1-2 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
- Trader Joe’s Coconut Whip Cream
1 Coffee Ice Cubes: Brew some strong back coffee and then let cool from 10-15 minutes. Fill up two trays with the cooled down coffee and then put in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until completely frozen.
2 Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until it has a slushy consistency (start at a lower speed and slowly increase until blended).
3 Once blended, taste and adjust according to preferences such as adding more milk for a thinner consistency or sugar for a sweeter drink.
4 Pour into drinking glasses and top with whipped cream if you like. Serve immediately.
