Matcha Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

A super easy to make bowl that is super delicious and packed full of fiber and proteins. The best way to kickstart your morning! Here’s the recipe:

 

Prep Time 20mins                                 Makes 1 serving

 Ingredients

  • ¾ cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Leaner Creamer Matcha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut

 Instructions

1 In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, LC Matcha, and honey, mixing until a thorough consistency is reached.

2 Place the mixture into a bowl and top with the strawberry, banana, chia seeds, sliced almonds, and shredded coconut.
