Leaner Creamer Chocolate Winter Bark 11 oz White Chocolate Chips 11 oz Milk or Dark Chocolate Chips 3-5 full sized Peppermint Candy Canes, crushed 3 Tablespoons Leaner Creamer
Melt milk/dark chocolate completely Pour onto 9X12 lined pan Refrigerate 1 hour(could also be placed in freezer to set faster, approx. 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of layer) While the milk/dark chocolate sets, melt white chocolate completely Add 3 Tablespoons of Leaner Creamer into melted white chocolate and stir thoroughly Pour melted chocolate on top of the milk/dark chocolate and spread evenly Sprinkle desired amount of crushed peppermint before returning to fridge/freezer
Once solid, cover with parchment and break up chocolate with a mallet or wooden spoon Serve immediately Store in refrigerator
