Watch tv and work up a sweat at the same time with this commercial workout!
The premise is simple: throw on your favorite tv show, sit through the commercial instead of fast forwarding through, and do the workout that corresponds with each type of commercial, listed below! Remember to keep a bottle of water nearby to sip on when the show starts back up again, to keep healthy, happy, and hydrated!
Lazy Girl Workout: TV Commercial Edition
Car commercial: 15 jumping jacks
Food or restaurant commercial: 10 pushups
Movie trailer: 15 situps
TV Show commercial: 1 minute plank
Pharmaceutical commercial: 10 lunges each leg
Beauty or Hair Care Commercial: 1 minute wall sit
Department store ad: 15 mountain climbers
