Easy Mug Chocolate Cake Recipe

Here at Leaner Creamer, we're pretty sure chocolate cake is one of the five main food groups. We've gone as far as to perfect the ultimate chocolate cake in a mug recipe, for those days you're craving a sweet treat but are running low on time, or aren't in need of an entire chocolate cake to yourself (we've all been there--we don't judge!). Ingredients: 

1/4 cup flour

1 tbs Mocha Leaner Creamer

2 tbs sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

Dash of salt

5 tbs milk

5 tsp coconut oil

Instructions: 

1. Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

2. Add wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

3. Grease a mug and pour mixture into mug.

4. Microwave for 60 seconds.

5. Enjoy!
