Healthy Breakfast Options
Hey friends, so I don’t know about you but sometimes I get a little lost when it comes to eating a healthy breakfast for different reasons. One I want a balanced meal, but I don’t have hours to make a meal and two I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it wouldn’t make sense to eat a very sugary breakfast right? Right. So I’ve gathered a few breakfasts that are made up of different combinations but rest assured you’ll feel full and you’ll receive the nutrients that you need to start your day.
And apparently there’s a formula to having a great breakfast according to registered dietician Jaime Mass, and that is 5 to 10 grams of fiber, 14 to 20 grams of protein, and 7 to 13 grams of fat. Now I’m not trying to give you a formula and stress you out about having the perfect breakfast but instead below there will be a few options for you to try and to pair up with your favorite coffee and coffee creamer!!!
Combination 1:
1 Hard Boiled Egg + Wheat Bread Toast + 3 Tablespoons Avocado
(Spread the avocado on top of the toast. Slice the hard-boiled egg and spread on top of the avocado!)
Combination 2:
6 Ounces Greek Yogurt + ½ Cup of Berries + 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds + 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
(Smoothie time! Blend the Berries, yogurt, chia seeds, and almond butter together!)
Combination 3:
1 Medium Apple (Sliced) + 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter + 1 Tablespoon Protein Powder
(Mix the Almond Butter with the Protein Powder and use it as dip for the Apple!)
There you have it folks, three easy breakfast combinations that you can whip up in a few minutes! Perfect for those on the go. And make sure to get your coffee fix with your favorite coffee and coffee creamer: LEANER CREAMER (now in Original and Hazelnut) DELICIOUS!! Am I right??!!
If you have any combinations that you eat for breakfast let us know!! I’d love to know, seriously because having the same thing for breakfast gets kind of boring for me and I’m sure for many of you too!
So comment below what you paired with your coffee today!

Try Sweet Potato Toast. Slice a raw sweet potato in long slices, toast as you would a slice of bread in your toaster. Top with your favorite toppings, i.e. cream cheese, avocado and tomato; or peanut butter and bananas, or hummus. Delicious! Healthy and low carb.

Favorite breakfast, Ezekial bread, smashed avocado, medium salsa with a drizzle of honey. Or the avocado with soft boiled egg.
Tasty, protein, fiber, and low fat!
