Chia Pudding Recipe!

Hey friends this week I have a delicious chia pudding recipe that’s is both refreshing and nutritious. This recipe is so delicious that you’ll definitely be making more than one portion and you don’t have to feel any guilt if you go for seconds.

 

What you need:

Chia Layer

¼ Cup Chia Seeds

1 ½ Cups Coconut Milk

Leaner Liquid (2 Teaspoons in 4 Ounces Hot Water)

Green Layer

2 Frozen Bananas

1 Kiwi

Cucumber (4 inch slice)

Handful of Baby Spinach

½ Cup Coconut Milk

Berry Layer

2-3 Tablespoons Oats

Frozen Blueberries

Fresh Strawberries

2 Frozen Bananas

½ Cup Coconut Milk

What you need to do:

Time to make the Chia Layer:

Okay first things first we have to create Leaner Liquid. And you do this by dissolved Leaner Creamer Powder into hot water (2 Teaspoons in 4 Ounces of Hot Water). Okay now combine everything, the Leaner Liquid, the chia seeds and coconut milk, MAKE SURE TO STIR VERY WELL. Now you have two options: you can cover it and place it in the fridge for about 20 minutes to enjoy today or you can let it sit overnight in the fridge so you can enjoy it tomorrow.

Time to make the Green Layer:

Using a blender, blend the bananas, kiwi, cucumber, spinach and coconut milk. Blend until smoother and place into the freezer.

Time to make the Berry layer:

Using a blender, blend the oats, blueberries, strawberries, and bananas to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Now to make the beautiful layers:

Add the berry layer into a glass jar. Add the green layer on top of the berry layer. Now top your chia layer and top with your favorite fruits!

Enjoy immediately.
