So no worries, but if it does bother you the three foods below can help you get rid of cellulite.
Time for a Quick Bio lesson!
So many people think cellulite is a consequence of being fat and that’s absolutely wrong. Cellulite is a symptom of being a woman, and this is because the way a woman’s skin is built is different than our male’s counterparts. Okay, so the reason behind cellulite it’s that the outermost layer of tissues contains fat cell chambers and these chambers are separated by tissues called septa and when the septa is stretched it creates chambers that we call cellulite.
3 Foods You Should Eat to Lessen the Appearance of Cellulite:
1- Salmon
Salmon is probably one of the best foods you can eat if you’re trying to decrease the appearance of cellulite because of its antioxidants. The antioxidants that are in salmon help break down the fat cells that give cellulite its appearance by decreasing the amount of fat cells in the pockets of fat. Salmon is also high in omega-3 fatty acids that actually repair the skin tissues that hold up the skin.
2- Hot Sauce
Besides giving flavor to your foods hot sauce can help you restore your skin tissue. Hot sauce contains vitamin B6, a vitamin that restores the connective tissue which ultimately reduces the dimpling appearance of cellulite. Side Note: hot sauce can actually speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight which one again helps decrease the amount of fat cells in the pockets of fat under the skin.
3- Dark Chocolate
Chocolate lovers rejoice! If cellulite is bumming you out a bit eat some chocolate but make sure it’s dark chocolate. Because of its antioxidants it helps break down the fat and improves the function of your skin cells. It helps rebuild the skin cells that give the inward bumps that cellulite gives.
So there you have it folks. The key to repair the connective tissue that gives you the dimple effect that we may dread is Salmon, Hot Sauce, and Dark Chocolate! Overall, these three foods can help build your skin tissue and help you lessen the appearance of cellulite!
