Let's Get Those Abs!

Hey guys, I found a move that will help you get those rock solid abs that you’ve been wanting to have! So this workout is pretty much a variation of the same move: THE PLANK. But don’t underestimate it because it’s a killer.

The health benefits of a plank is as follows:

1- You tone your belly. If you tone your belly you’re actually helping build your inner core muscles! So kudos to you!

2- Improves your mood! Yup, that’s right. Well this is actually true for every exercise because it helps release endorphins and endorphins make people happy!

3- Helps improve your posture! When you complete a plank you need to engage your inner core to have the right posture.

So the basic plank:

Lay down with your belly facing down. Keep your feet together and your hands next to your shoulders with palms down. Now press up and form a straight line from your shoulders to your feet. Make sure to engage your core and keep your breathing pace even. Hold this position for x amount of seconds or minutes.

Now each move below is the same with a little variation to engage all of your core muscles!

Move #1: 1 Minute Plank

Move #2: 30 Second Elbow Plank

 

Move # 3: 30 Second Raised Leg Plank (Each side)

 

Move #4: 30 Second Side Plank (Each side)

Move #5: 30 Second Plank

Move #6: 1 Minute Elbow Plank
