Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Leaner Creamer Coconut Sugar
- 3 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp Leaner Creamer Birthday Cake
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
1 In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, LC Birthday Cake, and LC Coconut Sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and coconut oil; mix until smooth.
2 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot!
