A homemade Birthday Cake Mix that is super easy to put together! You can store it in your pantry, for a day when you want to bake a quick and scrumptious birthday cake or even give it to someone. Ingredients
Dry
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Leaner Creamer Coconut Sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Leaner Creamer Birthday Cake
Wet
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- ½ cup hot water
Instructions
1 To make the cake mix, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
2 Add the dry mix to a large sealable container or a 16oz mason jar. Seal and store until ready to make, but don’t forget to attach "the Printable Tag " with the ingredients and instructions!
Cake:
3 Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13” cake pan.
4 Add the milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg to a medium-sized bowl and combine.
5 Add the wet ingredients to the dry cake mix and mix until well combined.
6 Slowly add the hot water to the batter and mix on low speed until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make sure everything is well combined. The batter will be very thin.
7 Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Have fun decorating and enjoy!!
