● 1 cup Coconut Sugar Leaner Creamer
● ½ cup coconut oil
● 1 egg
● ½ cup sour cream
● 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
● ½ teaspoon salt
● ½ teaspoon baking soda
● 2 cups all-purpose flour
● 2 teaspoon mint extract
● 2 teaspoon Matcha Leaner Creamer
● 1½ cups chocolate chips
1 Cream together LC Coconut Sugar and oil. Add egg, sour cream, and pudding mix. In a small bowl, combine the flour, salt, LC Matcha, and baking soda. Incorporate flour mixture into pudding mixture until well combined. Add mint extract and food coloring (optional) until the desired color is achieved.
