A Year in Pixels

Hey friends, so here at Leaner Creamer we’re huge on doing good and feeling good! And we recently saw this on Instagram and we thought it was pretty cool.

So it’s called a Year in Pixels, where you pretty much chart out the entire year (2017) resulting in one pixel per day. And you color it in by the mood that best represents that day.

At the end, the entire chart should have been filled out and you can either reflect on a certain day or month or begin to notice some patterns concerning your mood. Either way, we think it’s a great way to start noting down the way you feel if you think journaling can be too much of a hassle.

You can personalize it anyway you’d like, there are no rules. There are many that involve a quote or flowers but ultimately you decide what you’d like to do!

Below is my take:

As I was attempting to make it colorful I realized I do not own color pens or color pencils, so it's very simple. But once I go out and purchase a few crayons I'll add more color!
