Leaner Creamer Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
- One cup of blueberries
- A frozen banana
- Four tablespoons of Leaner Creamer mixture
- A Blender
Directions:
Dilute the Leaner Creamer mixture with some hot water, leave out so that it will reach room temperature.
Blend together blueberries, frozen banana, and Leaner Creamer.
Leaner Creamer French Toast Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- One cup of rolled oats
- Half of a banana, mashed
- Half of a teaspoon of cinnamon
- Half of a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- One tablespoon of pure maple syrup
- One teaspoon of flax seed meal
- Three tablespoons of Leaner Creamer
Directions:
Dilute Leaner Creamer with hot water, leave out for it to reach room temperature.
In a medium sized container, mash banana. Mix in rest of ingredients, soak overnight.
Serve with sliced banana, and a dash of cinnamon!
