Leaner Creamer Cake Batter Ice Cream

Made healthier with the addition of Leaner Creamer

Ingredients:

• One fourth of a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
• One sixteenth of a teaspoon of salt
• One tablespoon of organic light brown sugar
• Half of a tablespoon of sprinkles
• Four tablespoons of Leaner Creamer
• One third cups of coffee
• One tablespoon of butter
• Vitamix

Directions:
Mix together Leaner Creamer and Coffee, until they are incorporated and leave out so it can reach room temperature.
Mix all ingredients together in plastic container, then freeze.
Once this mixture is frozen, pop out of container, if it will not move from container, you can thaw in microwave.
Put in vitamix, and pulse till it becomes smooth.
