- One and a half cups of shredded coconut
- Three tablespoons of Leaner Creamer
- One third cup of coffee
- One teaspoon of cacao
- Two tablespoons of maple syrup
- One cup of white chocolate
- Food processor
Combine Leaner Creamer and coffee until the mixture is smooth.
Process center ingredients until smooth, after mixture is smooth, freeze.
Stir white chocolate over low heat so it will not melt. Dip truffles in white chocolate.
Refrigerate until cold.
