Leaner Pear Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
½ Tsp Ginger
1 Cup cut Frozen Pears
1 Cup Spinach
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
3 1/2 Tsp Leaner Creamer for 1 Cup Hot Water
½ Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
Directions: In a separate cup make sure to mix 3 ½ tsp of Leaner Creamer into 1 Cup Hot Water. Then place all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
The Shamrock Lean
Ingredients
¾ Cup Plain Yogurt
4 Tsp Leaner Creamer for 1 ¼ Cups Hot Water
1 Cup loosely packed fresh spinach
4 Fresh mint leaves
1 Large (Ripe) Banana
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions: In a separate cup make sure to shake 4 Tsp of Leaner Creamer into 1 ¼ Cups of Hot Water before blending all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth
Optional: Garnish with dark chocolate shavings
Shamrock Smoothie
Ingredients
2 Large Bananas (Cut & Frozen)
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
3 Tsp of Leaner Creamer for ¾ Cup Hot Water
½ Medium Avocado
¼ Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
¼ Tsp Pure Peppermint Extract
½ Tbs Honey
Optional –Shaved Dark Chocolate (For Garnish)
Directions: In a separate cup mix 3 Tsp of Leaner Creamer into ¾ cup hot water. Place all ingredients into your blender except for the dark chocolate. Blend until smooth, Enjoy!
A Leaner Greener Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Green Apple (Sliced & Chilled)
½ Cup Mint
¼ Kosher Salt
1 tbsp Honey
½ Cup Water
1 ½ Tsp of Leaner Creamer in 1/3 Cup Hot Water
1 tbsp lime
Directions: In a separate cup mix 1 ½ Tsp of Leaner Creamer into 1/3 cup hot water. Blend apple, mint, salt, honey, leaner creamer, and water. Blend until smooth.
Shamrock Shake
Ingredients
½ Avocado
1 Handful mint Leaves
3 ½ tsp of Leaner Creamer for 1 Cup Hot Water
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup Ice
Directions: In a separate cup mix 3 ½ Tsp of Leaner Creamer into 1 cup hot water. Place all ingredients into blender, blend until smooth.
