Heavenly Bread Pudding

Leaner Creamer Bread Pudding

1 loaf of bread

2 Cups Leaner Liquid (9tsp Leaner Creamer for 2 Cups Hot Water)

¼ cup butter

3 Eggs, beaten

1 Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F

Butter 3 quart casserole dish

Make Leaner Creamer liquid

Butter both sides of bread and bake until golden brown

In a medium mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, Leaner Liquid, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.

Break bread into small pieces. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture. Let it sit for 30mins.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
