Summer is here, and you know what that means... tank top season is in full spring! Show off those guns in every sleeveless top you own with an arm workout guaranteed to make heads turn! Here's the workout:

Bent Over Row: 3 sets of 20 reps

Push Ups: 3 sets of 12 reps

Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 20 reps

Tricep Extensions: 3 sets of 12 reps

Lateral Raise: 3 sets of 10 reps

Front Raise: 3 sets of 10 reps

Bent Over Lateral Raise: 3 sets of 10 reps
