Resistance bands are cheap in comparison to many other types of exercise equipment, so they are good for beginners who are trying to figure out what kinds of workouts are best for them. They are also lightweight and portable, allowing them to easily fit in gym bags, luggages, cars, etc. That means you can get in a quick workout during work at lunch, in your hotel room while traveling, and many other places as well!
Resistance bands are also extremely versatile, and can offer a variety of uses. You can work out your upper body, back, and core with a resistance band, however it is especially useful for lower body training. You can easily adapt squats, deadlifts, lunges, and more with just one resistance band!
