Sleek Arms in 3 Minutes

So recently my friend has gotten into working out which is great because I believe that working out can be a great aspect for improving your life but recently she told me she doesn’t work out her arms because a: she doesn’t have time and b: she doesn’t want to get them bulky.


ERRRRRGGHH What like I don’t know about you but there are dozens of arm workouts that can be completed in less than five minutes.



So I’m going to describe each move and the sequence will be on the bottom:


Arm Circle:

Stretch your arms out to a T shape. Make sure your palms are facing the floor. Make the circular motion with your arms.


Knee Push Ups:

Start on all fours, with your hands and knees on the ground. Make sure your hands are directly under but a bit to the side of your shoulders so when you lower your body your shoulders will be aligned with your elbows.


Overhead Press:

You know how for arm circles you started off at a t shape well in this move you will start in a U shape by bending your elbows at a 90 degree angle. Using your own body weight or using some actual body weights extend your arms up slowly and continue until arms are fully extended.


Bicep Curls:

Start with your feet shoulder width apart and with your arms to the side. Now lock elbows and using your own resistance or using body weights slowly curl your arms up.


Arm Sequence:

30 Seconds of Bicep Curls

1 Minute of Knee Push Ups

1 Minute of Arm Circles

30 Seconds


And there you have it folks a three minute arm workout that’s guaranteed to help your arms become sleek. & no excuses because you just need three minutes to get a great workout!
