LeanerMe Nice Cream
Hey friends, I don’t know where you live exactly but here in Los Angeles/Riverside it gets pretty hot. And there’s no breeze, only still dry air. So I’ve been trying to find a treat I can make that can help with the weather and I think I’ve got one, actually I know I have one.
NICE CREAM!
Yup, nice cream, and the cool part about this is that you can have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. Pretty much you can eat this whenever you want something sweet but healthy!
Okay so you have to know the basics.
What you need:
2 Frozen Bananas, Sliced
What you need to do:
Place your bananas into the food processor or blender and pulse until the texture resembles soft serve.
Enjoy immediately!
So now that you have the basics down let’s get a little more fancy. Let’s add some life to nice cream.
Strawberry Nice Cream
What you need:
1 Frozen Banana, Sliced
½ Cup Frozen Whole Strawberries, Hulled
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Leaner Creamer Original
What you need to do:
Place all ingredients into the food processor or blender. Blend until the texture resembles soft serve ice cream.
Enjoy immediately!
Now, it’s officially October so everything pumpkin related is justified! And I found a lovely Pumpkin Spice Nice Creamer Recipe that you’ll love!
What you need:
2 Frozen Bananas, Sliced
2 Tablespoons Apple Butter
1/3 Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
¼ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Teaspoon Leaner Creamer Original
What you need to do:
Place the frozen banana into the food processor. Process until texture resembles soft serve ice cream. Now add the rest of the ingredients (apple butter, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and leaner creamer) until all ingredients are combined. Now since it may have processed a bit too much, it’s best to freeze for about 10 minutes prior to enjoying so you can get the soft serve texture once again.
There you have it, three simple recipes that you’ll love, and the best part is, it’s dairy free!!! And with less sugar that ice cream!
