The term "lazy girl fitness" seems contradictory, right? But we all have our lazy days, where we know there's a better chance of us winning the lottery than putting on our clothes and going to the gym. Here are some tips to get a workout in between all the lounging you're ready to do today!
- Do dumbell curls while sitting on the couch and watching TV. Kill two birds with one stone!
- When brushing your teeth, stand up on your tip-toes, then back down on your heels. Do this throughout the process of brushing your teeth for a calf workout!
- Avoid all escalators and elevators. Take the stairs instead!
- Do jumping jacks while waiting for your food to microwave.
- Put on your favorite song and just start dancing!
- Walk around your house while you talk on the phone.
- Every time you swear, do ten lunges.
