So I noticed I haven't uploaded a smoothie recipe in weeks and with the hot weather nothing is more refreshing and nutrient based than a smoothie.
So here’s a smoothie that definitely going to keep you hydrated and feeling full and the best part of the recipe is that it’s very easy to make! Although, there aren’t any oranges in this recipe, you’ll be receiving lots of vitamin C! (thanks kiwi)
What you need:
1 ¼ apple juice (this could be fresh apple juice or store bought, it’s better when it’s cold)
1 kiwi fruit
1 ½ tsp honey or agave
2 tsp Leaner Creamer
Add all ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
This smoothie is low in calories (87 calories) so you can have it without worrying too much about it cutting into your diet plan.
