Berry Cobbler
So lately I’ve been wanting dessert but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of making an intricate pie (although I do like to bake) but with this hot weather, no thanks!
So guess, what? I found this easy to make recipe that I’m positive you’d enjoy! Try it out, and let me know! It's perfect for the entire family! (Serves 10-12 people)
What you need:
2 cans biscuit dough or if you have pre-made dough it’ll work too
1 cup agave sugar (white sugar will work too)
½ cup flour
½ tbsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
5 tsp Leaner Creamer Original
1 ½ cups blueberries
1 ½ cups raspberries
1 ½ cups blackberries
1 ½ cups strawberries
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Ice cream (optional)
What you need to do:
You can cut your biscuit dough or your pre-made dough into little pieces and place into a bowl.
Add (1/2 cup) sugar, cinnamon, flour, a bit of salt, and Leaner Creamer.
Make sure to mix well.
In a disposable foil, combine strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries some (1/2 cup) sugar and some cornstarch. Make to sure to stir.
Cover fruit with the dough you’ve prepared in the first step.
Try to layer it as even as possible.
Cover pan with aluminum foil, and place into the oven. Make sure to keep the temperature at 350 degrees F or 175 degrees for about 20 to 23 minutes.
Take the cover foil off and place the pan back in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the dough looks golden brown and is cooked.
Remove & Enjoy!
(Tip: It’s way better with ice cream!)
