How To Take Your Workout To The Next Level

  4. Get proper sleep. If you're tired, your workout will suffer.
  5. Drink tons of water. Keeping hydrated is important for having your body function at it's absolute best!
  6. Take your rest days seriously. This is the time your muscles need to heal and build.
  7. Invest in a personal trainer to target specific goals to work towards.
  8. Make sure you are using your workout time wisely. Is most of the time at the gym spent on your phone? Put that away and focus on the motions.
  9. Don't take too long between sets. 30 seconds of rest should be adequate, and it'll help you power through the gym much more quickly.
