Homemade Natural Face Masks

Face masks are an awesome way to give your skin a boost of hydration and add a healthy glow. What’s even better is that you can often make cheap, great face masks using ingredients from your own kitchen that work just as well as the expensive ones you buy in stores! Here are a few recipes you can make with ingredients you probably already have that won’t run up your credit card bill.
Just add the ingredients below in a blender and pulse until they’re all mixed together, apply for 20 minutes, and rinse off! Note that you should only make enough for one mask, as these are highly perishable ingredients that will not save well.
- To reduce redness: ground oatmeal + yogurt.
- Healing/brightening: honey + yogurt + turmeric
- To moisturize dry skin: banana + honey + avocado
- Calming: cucumber + avocado
- Exfoliating (be sure not to scrub *too* hard!): coffee grounds + coconut oil
- Shrink pores: egg white + honey
