Healthy Protein Pancakes
In a perfect world, pancakes wouldn't be sugary and unhealthy, but instead energizing and protein-packed, right? Well we are one step closer to a perfect world... This pancake recipe uses only four ingredients, which you probably can already find in your kitchen, and are just as delicious as the originals, without all the guilt!
Ingredients:
1 large banana
2 eggs
2 tbsp Original Leaner Creamer
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Mash bananas with a fork, and then mix everything together until well combined. Spray pan with a nonstick cooking spray, then pour mixture in 2-3 tablespoon sized circles on the pan. Let pancakes cook for 30 seconds before flipping, and allow the other side to cook for 30 seconds as well. Put pancakes on a plate.
I like to eat mine with chopped fruit, almond butter, and a drizzle of honey. But feel free to treat these like you would a normal pancake -- the only difference is you won't feel guilty after eating them all up!
