Sometimes you have to choose between healthy food versus yummy food. But sometimes, you can have both! And when those two things align, you know you've got yourself a winning combination. Here are our favorite replacement snacks that won't leave you feeling guilty, but instead keep you coming back for more!
Ice Cream: Got a craving for ice cream, but trying to avoid all the unnecessary ingredients and calories? Swap it out for a healthier recipe by freezing bananas and tossing them in the blender with some peanut butter and cocoa powder. You’ll have a tasty sweet treat without all the gross additions!
Mayonnaise: Sandwiches with mayo may taste great, but unfortunately mayonnaise is not the healthiest for you. It’s high in calories and saturated fat, which your body can do without. Instead, throw some avocado in your next sub. It will give it that creaminess of mayo, but it’s much healthier!
French Fries: Who doesn’t love a good french fry? Unfortunately, fries are empty calories with no added health benefits. Instead, sweet potato fries are a great way to satisfy that craving while also adding nutritional value!
Chips and dip: What’s better than chips and dip while binge watching Netflix? Hummus and veggies, of course! Substitute that high sodium with some healthy fats and your favorite veggies, and your body will be thanking you!

Bacon: This classic breakfast staple might taste great, but it’s not great for you! Instead, try Canadian Bacon or Turkey Bacon for all the flavor with way less fat! You won’t look back!
Pasta: Everyone loves pasta, but did you know there’s a healthier way to get the same great taste without all the heavy carbs? Spiraled zucchini, also known as Zucchini noodles or “zoodles”, are a great way to pack in some extra nutrition, cut back on calories, and still satisfy your pasta craving! Throw your favorite pasta sauce on it and enjoy!
