Welcome to the February Ab challenge, a 28-day challenge that will get your abs into shape for the end of Winter. This ab challenge is so intense that you'll be glad that February is the shortest month of the year!
The objective is simple -- For 28 days, do the assigned number of crunches, followed by leg raises. You are allowed to split up the exercises however you want throughout the day (for example, 40 crunches in the morning, 40 leg lifts in the afternoon), but you must complete them all!
