Cranberry Sauce
On your Thanksgiving dinner table, you should have your main dishes, sides, drinks, and last but not least your condiments. Flavor up the feast with a go-to condiment, Cranberry Sauce, using this homemade recipe!! Looks like your dinner is going to have your guests begging for thirds and fourth hehe~ Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients
- 12 oz. bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 strip orange or lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons water
- salt and pepper; optional
Instructions
1 Empty a 12oz. bag of fresh or frozen cranberries into a saucepan and transfer ½ cup to a small bowl.
2 Add 1 cup sugar, 1 strip orange or lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons water to the pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the cranberries are soft; around 10 mins.
3 Increase the heat to medium and cook until the cranberries burst, takes about another 12mins.
4 Reduce the heat to low and stir in the reserved cranberries.
5 Add sugar, salt, and pepper for taste, how you see fit and let cool to room temperature before serving.
