Couch to 5k Workout

Running is one of the easiest and most popular forms of cardio there is. If you've got a pair of shoes and a sidewalk, you can be a runner. But for those of us starting out, it can be hard to figure out pace, distance, timing, etc. This couch to 5k workout is perfect for beginning runners, or even those who have never seriously ran before! It's a ten week program that is designed to get you off the couch and into 5k shape. It's an easy way to prepare for a race, work towards fitness goals, or just get you out of the house and running. It's the perfect stepping stone for those interested in running, or those interested in running a 5k!
