Chocolate Chip Extravaganza!
Okay guys so I’m really into baking things that involve chocolate chips because let’s be real chocolate chips make the world go round. And honestly this recipe is one of those that you make when you’ve had a very long day and you just need the comfort food.
With that being said, I sadly couldn’t find a healthy substitute for butter but if you know one COMMENT BELOW!!! (Because I would really like to know.) And even though we use butter that doesn’t make this recipe suck because it is definitely an A+ recipe!
What you need:
¾ Cup Flour
¼ Teaspoon baking soda
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 Eggs
¼ Teaspoon salt
1/3 Cup butter
¾ Cups Brown Sugar
1 ½ Cups chocolate chips
1 Large banana (mashed)
2 Tablespoons Leaner Creamer
What you need to do:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Butter a 9 inch square pan.
Okay, in a bowl you’ll be stirring the flour, baking soda, and salt. After mixing set aside.
In a tiny saucepan, combine butter and the brown sugar. Make sure to bring to a boil over low heat and continue to stir constantly.
Once it comes to a boil remove from the heat and stir in one cup of the chocolate chips into the mix until the chocolate chips are completely melted and smooth.
Add the vanilla, and mix.
The chocolate mixture transfer it over to a large bowl and let it slightly cool down. Now with a whisk beat the eggs into the mix one at a time. Once the eggs are mixed properly, add the mashed bananas, then the flour mixture.
Now pour in the other half of the chocolate chips that we haven’t used. Also, fold in the walnuts.
After making sure everything is mixed well you may spread into the pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Let brownies completely cool in the pan prior to serving.
ENJOY!
Okay so there you have it folks a recipe that’s guaranteed to make you feel happy and excited to bake!

Can you use almond flour instead?
