Calling All Chocolate Lovers!
Hey family! So I found a recipe that doesn’t involve flour and it’s a baking recipe AND IT INVOLVES CHOCOLATE!!! (So you know that I’m all for it, as a chocolate lover). So it’s actually very easy to make and it’s so delicious you’ll be asking for seconds! The recipe makes 6 muffins, doesn’t have a lot of ingredients and it’s easy clean up.
What you need: (Remember if you can get organic ingredients then go for it, if not it’s absolutely fine, it’s not mandatory!)
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Medium Sized Bananas
2 Large Eggs
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Honey
4 Teaspoons Leaner Creamer
½ Cup Chocolate Chips (You can add more chocolate chips if you’d like)
What you need to do:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Make sure your muffin pan is lightly greased or lined with paper cups.
Blend the Peanut Butter, the Bananas, the Eggs, the Baking Soda, the Apple Cider, the Honey and the Leaner Creamer.
Continue to blend until it’s mixed.
Turn off the blender and stir in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
Pour the mix into the already prepared muffin pan.
Top each muffin with some chocolate chips.
Bake for at least 13 minutes – 15 minutes, but time will vary depending on the oven.
Let muffins cool down.
Enjoy!!!
