Let's Make it Pop!

Hey friends it’s a new year so it’s time for new challenges! We’re gonna make that booty pop just like 2k17! So if you think you can handle this challenge go for it, there aren’t any rules.

My advice is try to follow it day by day and if you need to take each exercise and complete it in mini sets throughout the day. And if the increment is too steep, you can always decrease it gradually, just continue to do the exercises once a day. If it gets to be too much please do not strain yourself and if you absolutely need to stop and aren’t feeling well please stop. Ask a doctor if you are struggling a bit.
