New year, new you! Start of 2018 on the right foot with our 365 days of gratitude challenge. After all, when was the last time you sat down and gave thanks for the things that make you smile?
The object is simple: grab a journal, find your favorite pen, and write. Once a day, write down the best thing that happened to you that day. It can be as big as getting your dream job, getting proposed to, or having a baby... Or as small as trying a new fitness class that you enjoyed, having a relaxing moment with a great cup of tea, or getting a nice call from your mom.

The purpose of this is to adjust your mindset.
