31 Day Squat Challenge

 

July is here, and what better way to kick off the month than with a workout challenge? This squat challenge gives you a workout (or scheduled rest days) every day for 31 days -- the amount of days that are in the month of July. If you were looking for a sign to start kicking your booty into shape, this is it! The premise is that you have to do as many squats as listed on the day you're doing it... you can spread them out however you want, as long as you get them done! Get going!

Day 1: 30 squats

Day 2: 50 squats

Day 3: 60 squats

Day 4: 75 squats

Day 5: Rest Day!

Day 6: 60 squats

Day 7: 90 squats

Day 8: 50 squats

Day 9: 45 squats

Day 10: Rest Day!

Day 11: 120 squats

Day 12: 40 squats

Day 13: 75 squats

Day 14: 50 squats

Day 15: 80 squats

Day 16: 50 squats

Day 17: 125 squats

Day 18: 50 squats

Day 19: Rest Day!

Day 20: 80 squats

Day 21: 50 squats

Day 22: 125 squats

Day 23: 50 squats

Day 24: Rest Day!

Day 25: 145 squats

Day 26: 80 squats

Day 27: 40 squats

Day 28: 100 squats

Day 29: Rest Day!

Day 30: 95 squats

Day 31: 175 squats
