- Carry it around with you: It's much easier to drink water if you keep it near you at all times. At your desk, in your car, on your bedside table... wherever you go, make sure you have access to water, so that you have no excuse to chug it down.
- Set reminders: Sometimes, you just forget. It can be helpful for some people to set reminders on their phone to help them remember that they need to drink water. Every hour, set an alarm that reminds you to finish your glass of water, or get a new one. No excuses now!
- Drink a big glass right when you wake up, and with every meal: Your body is dehydrated when you first wake up, so drinking a big glass right away will help your body wake up and function better. With every meal, be sure to have a glass of water to wash it down. Assuming you eat four meals a day, that's four glasses right there, and you're already halfway to your daily goal!
